The 4th is a short par 5. Avoiding the three bunkers from the tee is essential. With out of bounds all the way on the right, play smart. A second shot to the top of the hill will see you play a short iron approach into a green with a narrow entrance, and bordered by two greenside bunkers. The bigger hitters may be looking to hit the green with their second shot.
