dress code
Hamilton Golf Club operates a dress code and course etiquette standards. Therefore to avoid embarrassment to visitors or members guests the following rules are to be observed.
In the Clubhouse
Smart casual golf attire is permitted in the clubhouse. The wearing of shorts is not allowed in any area of the Clubhouse. Golf shoes are only permitted in the Locker Room and Dirty Bar. Soiled golf clothing is not acceptable.
On the Course
Denim should not be worn on the course. Gents are required to ''tuck in' their shirts at all times. Ladies may wear tops outside their trousers or skirts when they are designed to do so.
Mobile Phones
The use of mobile telephones in any area of the Clubhouse except the Gents Locker room is strictly prohibited. Phones may be taken onto the course FOR USE IN EMERGENCIES ONLY AND MUST REMAIN ON SILENT / VIBRATE.
